Registration fees include: Full day of attendance including lunch, morning and afternoon tea.

Please note: Registration fees do not include accommodation or other travel costs – travel and hotel reservations must be arranged by the delegate directly. 

Expression of interest for oral presentations: This is now closed.

Interstate travellers: We are offering $500 travel awards to offset costs on a first-come, first-served basis. You will need to pay for the travel and get reimbursed through Peter Mac after the meeting. The number of travel awards available will depend on number of applications and will be awarded at the discretion of the FHTTA committee. We will be in contact with successful applicants in due course with details.

Hotel/accomodation: We can assist with accommodation as Peter Mac has a corporate rate at the Larwill Studio (10 minute walk from Peter Mac) - please use the contact form on the home page to ask us for the corporate rate discount information.

Dietary/other requirements: For registrants who didn't provide this information or need to update any of these details, please contact us urgently.

Cancellation/changes in registration: Requests for cancellation/changes in registration must have been made in writing to the organisers of the FHTTA Meeting by close of business on October 30th 2024. We will not be processing refunds  past this date.
